Bayer had a team distributed between headquarter office and onsite operations.

It desired to unite its workforce on a path to a customized and inclusive employee wellbeing experience while fostering camaraderie and team-spirit at the same time.

The needs of employees at headquarters and of those working onsite differed from each other. To address both populations, we designed a three-step rollout plan and strengthened it with strategies to increase participation and reach the pre-defined Key Performance Indicators.
