Allianz Case Study

Allianz Partners' story with Wellbees started with a prompt from headquarters four years ago to focus on wellbeing with local implementation. Allianz Partners serves over 126 million clients 24-7/365 globally. Locally, they have 250-300 employees on the team, most of whom work in the Call Center to support clients. The goal was to promote exercise and movement, given that most of the team worked sitting down. However, the team wanted to go the extra mile for their employees. Allianz Partners wished to support its team outside the occupational area, supporting them in getting new hobbies to help them disconnect from work periodically to ease the stress levels of their inherently stressful jobs. This case study will outline the specific interventions taken with Allianz Partners that reached outstanding employee turnover metrics.
